Baked Chocolate Donuts

½ cup honey
12 Tbsp. coconut oil
5 eggs, room temperature
2 Tsp. vanilla bean extract
¼ cup almond milk, at room temperature
3 ½ cups blanched almond flour
4 Tbsp. coconut flour
1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
1½ Tsp. baking soda
½ Tsp. kosher salt

150g dark chocolate, melted
Coconut chips, to decorate
Chopped nuts, to decorate



1. Place ingredients in order as listed into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.

2. Pre-heat oven to 160ºC.

3. Fill a piping bag, with donut mixture. Pipe donut mixture into donut rings.

4. Place into pre-heated oven and bake for approximately 5-7 minutes or until golden and spring back when touched.

5. Top with melted dark chocolate and decorate coconut chips or chopped nuts.
