2 bananas, chopped, frozen overnight
½ cup milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
½ cup greek style yogurt, plus extra to serve
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup fresh fruit, to serve ( we used a mix of kiwi fruit, orange, peach, pomegranate, passionfruit, blueberries and raspberries)
2 Tbsp. roughly chopped natural almonds, to serve
2 Tsp. chia seeds, to serve


1. Put bananas, milk and EQUAL into a blender jug and blend until smooth. Add berries, yogurt and oats, and blend until smooth and thick.

2. Spoon mixture into 2 wide shallow serving bowls. Dollop with extra yoghurt and top with fresh fruit. Serve immediately with almonds and Chia seeds on the side, to scatter over the top as desired.

*Chef’s Tip: If you want to give your morning smoothie a healthy kick, add your usual scoopful of protein, supplement or antioxidant powders when adding in the oats to boost your nutrient intake.
