Passion-Berry Fro-Yo Pops

2 cups low-fat plain yoghurt
6 sachets EQUAL SACHETS
1 cup frozen raspberries
Pulp from 4 passion fruit
1. Combine yogurt and EQUAL in a large bowl. Spoon ½ cup of the mixture into a blender jug along with raspberries. Process until smooth, then set aside.
2. Spoon another ½ cup of the yogurt mixture into a medium bowl and stir in passionfruit pulp.
3. Layer alternate mixtures into 8 x 80ml (1⁄3 cup) iceblock moulds. Insert paddle pop sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen. Remove from moulds and serve immediately.
